Ian was appointed CEO of Tarff Valley in December 2025 to oversee the strategic direction of the co-operative which serves over 1,400 members.

Having previously been the Senior Ruminant Nutritionist and Straights Trader, Ian has been an employee of Tarff Valley since 2006.
