The Board & Management
Members of the Board are responsible for the governance of the Society and work closely with the Chief Executive to ensure that the goals and objectives are delivered.

Trevor Lockhart MBE
Trevor graduated from the Queen’s University Belfast in 1992 with an Honors Degree in Agriculture. After working with Masstock Inc. in Georgia USA Trevor returned to Northern Ireland to join the Ulster Farmers’ Union.

David Evans
David originally joined CCF in 2004 leaving for a short time to work for Deleval before rejoining CCF in 2018 as Chief Executive Officer. David was appointed to the United Farmers Board in 2020.

Ian Houston
Ian was appointed CEO of Tarff Valley in December 2025 to oversee the strategic direction of the co-operative which serves over 1,400 members.

Geoff Hubbuck
Geoff studied agricultural merchanting at Berkshire College of agriculture. In 1976 he started working in the family business J S Hubbuck Ltd alongside his father and brother and became chairman in 1998.

Stephen Kenyon
Stephen grew up on a small livestock farm in Turriff, Aberdeenshire and is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh where he became a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biochemistry. He is the past chair of the Agricultural Industries Confederation Scotland (2017-20).

Charlie Turner
In Charlie's own words: 'All I ever wanted to do was work at Sam Turner’s and from Saturday mornings helping out whilst at school to full-time, helping out in almost every possible role I would demurely as a jack of all trades but master of none!

Jonathan Robinson
Jonathan has been involved in the agricultural industry for over 36 years. Starting his career in New Zealand dairy farming, he gained knowledge and expertise working on various sized dairy units over a 5 year period during which he qualified with a diploma in farm management and share milked his own 160 cow dairy herd.
